Dean Lumer co-founded Knadel Software Solutions after a 30 year career in the asset management industry. Dean has worked in the industry as an industry practitioner, management consultant and software consultant. Throughout much of this time Dean has advised many financial services organisations on the procurement of products and services from third party suppliers and how they govern and manage these relationships post procurement. Armed with this knowledge Dean has helped shape the evolution of SupplierVision and advises clients on how they can maximise the value from deploying such a supplier management system.
Dean has an MBA from the Open University, is a trustee of Sense International and when not running Knadel Software he enjoys skiing, trekking, music production, classic cars and golf.
Paul assisted in the original set up of Knadel Software Solutions. Paul is a leading figure in the Asset Management industry, most recently as the COO and Managing Partner at Sionic, a global consulting firm specialising in financial services. He will use his extensive experience to work with the team to build upon the success to date and the development of additional services to new and existing clients.
As a renowned specialist in the financial services industry with over 30 years’ experience, Paul provides expert advice to senior executives and board members across a large range of complex advisory and delivery programmes.
In his spare time Paul tries to balance out his love of food, wine & travel with golf, walking and running.
Lesley Taylor joined Knadel Software Solutions in 2019 as the Product Manager for the supplier management system, after a 32 year career in the Financial Services industry, spent in transfer agency, software provision and asset management.
She started her business career in transfer agency for Mellon Bank and later the Bank of New York, moving to consultancy and programme management with Bravura Solutions and more recently, project management delivering product and business change at Schroders. Lesley is an experienced user of SupplierVision and managed the system implementation for the oversight team while at Schroders. She is now looking to combine her industry experience to further develop SupplierVision and help new and existing clients to get the maximum benefit in order to manage their suppliers effectively.
In her spare time, Lesley is a motorsport enthusiast, enjoys glass fusion workshops and aqua fit.
Product Support Manager
Patrick McCourt is the Support Manager for Knadel Software Solutions. Patrick has a key grasp of the technological aspects of SupplierVision and also maintains several key aspects of the software, including the reporting functionality. He is keen to build on his industry knowledge whilst helping clients get the best out of the product.
He is a music graduate from the University of Nottingham. In his spare time, Patrick enjoys sport, including football, tennis, and running, as well as music and theatre.
Product Support and Marketing
Sophie Anderson joined Knadel Software in September 2018, after graduating from the University of Kent with a First Class Honours Degree in Philosophy. She applies her communication and analytical degree skills to her joint role of Product Support and Marketing.
Her role in the product support team involves training clients and liaising with them to ensure best use of the system. She also helps to enhance product use, as well as maintaining the smooth running of the software by working closely with our development partners. In addition, Sophie’s marketing responsibilities include website design and updating SupplierVision product literature.
Sophie’s interests include fashion, travel, politics, music and theatre.
